This agreement is a legal contract between you and GW VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you understand and agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes where necessary. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may reduce security and affect the App's operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the terms of those partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or similar user-side conditions. Mobile data fees or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi; please confirm authorization from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to depleted battery, system permissions, or third-party platform policy changes is outside our compensation scope. We work to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install required versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service within reasonable limits.

Non-Refund Policy: software and digital service sales are generally final after completion. Once a license, account benefit, or digital access has been provided, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Product Evaluation: we recommend using the free version or trial allowance before purchase to confirm node speed, device compatibility, and service scope.

Customer Support: we provide support for issues encountered during use. Please contact the support team first to troubleshoot account, device, or route configuration problems.

Technical Issues: in rare cases, technical issues may affect the service experience. We will work to resolve them or offer alternatives, but this does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if account benefits, license keys, or digital access are shared, resold, or used in violation of the rules.

Policy Changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
